Asking for help is a sign of strength and courage. Admitting you can’t do everything on your own is the first step toward achieving wellness in a fast paced, demanding world. Sometimes the stressors we face can feel overwhelming, leading to an imbalance between the demands being made on us and our resources to cope with those demands. It is my belief that we all possess an innate ability to use our inner strengths and resources as momentum for moving towards healing and growth, and to a life where more balance exists. My goal, as a therapist, is to provide an environment where you will be seen, you will feel validated, and you will feel heard and understood.
