I’m Danielle Forma, a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides individual therapy to those struggling with a variety of life’s challenges.

At times, the stressors we face can feel overwhelming, creating an imbalance between what’s being asked of us and the resources we have to cope.

I believe that each of us possesses an innate capacity for healing and growth—an inner strength that, when nurtured, can guide us toward greater balance and fulfillment. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you feel seen, validated, heard, and understood. Together, we’ll create space for you to express your authentic self and explore the challenges you’re facing.
